Yoplait Light Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt
A simple, effective snack, Yoplait yogurts are one of the most popular yogurts on the market. It's easy to see why: they're cheap, low in calories and come in a variety of flavors not normally associated with yogurt (if you're looking for an esoteric connection, try the Boston Cream flavor, which tastes much better than it sounds). The strawberry flavor is about the most basic tasting of the fruit flavors, making a good topping for a desert, as well as a desert in its own right. The primary appeal of the fat free variety is that it's healthier without tasting significantly different from the regular version. The only problem with the Yoplait brand in general is the packaging. Their yogurts come in a distinctive yet mildly irritating inverted half-cone cup with a plastic edge around the opening that makes getting a decent spoonful a little difficult.
