Canada Dry Ginger Ale

Canada Dry Ginger Ale
The big name in ginger ale in America, Canada Dry suffers the same malady of many mass produced food products in that the more it sells the blander it seems to get. But in this case what is usually a disadvantage has been turned into a primary selling point. Ginger is a strong flavor and can add an almost uncomfortable spice if too much is used in anything. While many develop a taste for it, the lighter flavor of Canada Dry makes it palatable to those who want something settling and refreshing. The lighter flavor also makes the drink a good mixer, since it never dominates anything its added too (it's generally marketed for this use). Unless you prefer the more gourmet flavors, this is one of the better ginger ales available.
