About
The Zombie Underground is a depository for the various tales, musings, vignettes, opinions and other thesaurus-gleaned descriptors of a lone writer with nothing better to do than fill a niche spot on the Internet with his bawdy gibberish. The title of the site is meaningless, stemming from a nonsense phrase that eventually became a short story, then the title of a blog and now the header for this website. The site is updated occasionally.
About the About
The above "about" section was written on a cloudy Saturday afternoon while the writer was sitting at home, listening to the Beta Band and thinking in the third person, as he is wont to do after his third or fourth cup of coffee in as many half-hours.
About the "About the About"
The "about the about" paragraph above was written as a sort of post-modernist joke intended to make the "About" page a tad less tedious, though in our opinion it has just heightened the tedium and made the entire endeavor reek of David Eggers-inspired self-deprecating insipidness, a state this continued paragraph has only exacerbated
The Zombie Underground Collective
Along with this site, I also run a few other bits of internetanalia which you, dear reader, might find of some interest:
Eugenertainment
This is a blog devoted to my experiance of the arts and entertainment culture in Eugene, Oregon. It's updated whenever I happen to do something out and about town that I feel is worth mentioning. It has a stupid name and contains crappy cell phone photography as its only source of art.
Hollywood Troglodyte
This is my take on popular culture. I generally write it in a bad mood, usually with a caffeine headache and with spittle flying out of my quivering lips.
Frequency Modulated Zombie
This is a blog detailing my experiances this summer as I fill in late night shows for a campus radio station. I write the posts during the show and am usually profoundly sleepy at the time.
