What to do to be rich

If we could ask a good fairy for making one wish come true, many of us would ask for money. You may lack many things, but if you have wealth, even impossible may become reality. Some people seem to have some mysterious natural talent in making money. So what is the secret of wealth? If we would like to make a list of what to do to become wealthy, we should mention not only diligence and determination, but also creativity. It allows you to invent new solutions and see new chances even in apparently hopeless situations, and therefore… reach success.

NFL Players Sue

It has been all over the news the past few days.  An Atlanta law firm has sued the NFL on behalf of several players for the League’s failures regarding concussions and brain injuries.  The players have alleged several wrongdoings by the League including knowing of the danger to the brain caused by concussions but failing to warn players of the risk.  They further allege that the League encouraged players to continue playing after suffering from concussions.

As a Georgia injury lawyer, this case brings up the issue of assumption of the risk arguments that often arise in perosnal injury cases.  The debate that is raging right now is whether the players are responsible for taking the risk of such injuries by playing football and to what extent they are responsible for their injuries.

Think of assets

Think of assets that you’re able to supply because collateral: Obtaining debt consolidation loans with bad credit is a very difficult task. Whether or not you succeed in obtaining a debt consolidation loan, bad subsidy makes you pay higher interest rates. An easy way to lower rates on debt consolidation loans is to show assets you own because collateral. For instance, if you own a house, use it because collateral to reduce the rates.Though you are attempting to do the right thing by consolidating your debt and get back to a level playing field there will be a credit card company with information about you. Be prepared for many, many more letters and phone calls from telemarketers offering you services. It just goes hand and hand with dealing with them.

Thinking about how to travel with children?

Yes this is a difficult question but the answer on how to travel with children is simple. Just make a nice trip plan before you indulge your kids along with yourself. Many a times there are parents who are more into their business rather than their children and they miss out on the fact that kids need to see the world the way you show it to them. If you only show them hotels and the rooms, they will surely bother you. So make sure that when you are planning a trip say to a city, make sure you have some kids activities in the loop. This must be kept in mind and the tour must seem attractive to your kids.

Envelope Not A Contract

A recent jury trial came out in favor of the defendant on whether notes written on the back of an envelope constiute a binding contract.  Ultimately the jury decided that the envelope did not consitute a written contract.  As business attorneys atlanta, this case is a reminder that when discussing potential terms of a deal, make sure that any notes or other writtings during the discussion are clearly identified as not being a binding offer or contract.  In this case, the defendant got lucky that the scribbilings were too cryptic for a jury to believe it consituted an offer, but in other cases where deals are discussed and terms are written down on napkins or other random items, judges and juries have found them to constitute a binding contract.

My girlfriend who works nearby

This past Thursday I bought myself an acoustic guitar. This is something that I have been wanting to buy for myself. I took guitar lessons when I was in school years ago, but it went the way with other school pastimes. The person who got me interested in buying the guitar was my girlfriend Trish. Trish worked for an office recycling company near where I live. During her lunch break she wanted to be able to come over to my place and hear me play the guitar.

Co Worker And I Discuss The National Debt

When I was working last Tuesday morning, my co worker, John, told me that he had watched a news story, that morning, about the country’s national debt. He said that the report said our debt is growing at a rapid rate. He looked surprised when I told him that he could actually get online and look at the US National Debt Clock. When he asked me where he could look at it, I told him that I could not remember the name of the website. I told him I would find the name and send him an email with it in it.
